Hotel Villa Real Mogi Regulations​

The prices of the rates indicated in brochures and/or advertising are valid for the periods described there and may vary due to high season, packages or any special event, without prior notice.

Smoke Free Hotel

There are no smoking rooms and smoking is not allowed in Hotel dependencies, in according with article 49 of Brazilian Federal Law 12.546/11.

The apartments are equipped with:

  • 1 double bed or 2 single beds (box bed);

  • Individual air conditioning;

  • 32" LED TV

  • fridge;

  • Private bathroom;

  • Hairdryer;


  • Wireless Internet throughout the hotel;

  • Free parking (with availability, as there is a limited number of spaces);

  • Breakfast served in the restaurant as per:

Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

After these hours the Hotel is not obliged to serve breakfast.

We do not serve lunch, snack or dinner.

Note: Children up to 4 (four) years old are exempt from a fee as long as they are staying in the same room as their parents or guardians.

Booking conditions:

Reservations and payments can be made directly through our website (with immediate confirmation) or payments can be made for orders from us to or by specifying the hotel's website. Reservations will be valid after you receive our reservation confirmation email.

The reservation of the apartment will only be made with a guarantee of "no show", that is, the guest does not show the data and does not cancel the reservation in time (see the cancellation conditions), the 1st night will be charged and we will cancel the others (if any).

The "no show" guarantee can be made by credit card or bank deposit.

If you choose a credit card, please inform:

  • Credit Card Number;

  • Validity;

  • Security Code (number on the back of the card);

  • Name printed on the card;


The amount of the 1st night will be charged on the credit card;

The credit card on the reservation must be presented at the time of “check-in” (except for reservations made by travel agencies or direct shipments).

If you choose bank deposit:

We provide the deposit details by email.

Observations: We only accept deposit in the form of a check, when it is duly cleared within the deadline established for the reservation and the same if deposits made through the ATM. Therefore, be careful with deposits made during the week and holidays.

A copy of the deposit slip must be sent to one of the emails:

For bank reservations up to 2 days in advance of the guest's arrival at the hotel, the 8-hour check-in for the client will have up to a deposit of the reservation, after sending our details.

For same-day bookings, the deposit must be paid by 15:00.

The reservation will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the stipulated time.

Important warning:

The availability of apartments may vary depending on the time from the availability inquiry to the confirmation of the "no show" payment.

No “No Show” Attendance:

If the guest does not show up on the scheduled date of entry and has not made the cancellation on the scheduled dates, the daily rate in question will be considered "no-show", and will be charged. If the reservation has been made for more than 1 day, the daily value of the no-show will be charged and the remainder will be refunded by bank deposit.

Cancellation conditions:

Requests for cancellations must be made by e-mails: and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

  • Up to 7 days before entry: 20%.

  • From 6 to 2 days before entry: 30%.

  • 1 night before “check-in”: 100%.

The guest already installed in the Hotel under a daily regime, can interrupt their stay at any time, however, without the right to any type of discount of the value of the signal and reimbursement of paid daily rates.

Note: Hotel has up to 30 days to return the deposit.

Check-in at the Hotel:

It is mandatory to fill in the National Guest Registration Form, in compliance with the rules of the Secretary of Public Security and Ministry of Tourism.

The guest must provide a valid email address for sending the electronic invoice.

Upon check-in, a copy of a photo document (ID, CNH or Passport) of all the people who will be staying will be made.

Daily rates start at 12:00 and end at 12:00.

Bills must be paid upon submission.

General conditions:

Hotel Villa Real Mogi does not accept sex tourism and the exploitation of children and adolescents. The violator will be subject to the penalties of the law.

As provided for in the Statute of Children and Adolescents, children or adolescents under 18 years of age are prohibited from staying in a hotel, unless authorized in writing by the parents and accompanied by a duly identified legal guardian, and with written authorization and notarized. All children and teenagers are required to present their identity documents (RG) and birth certificate at check-in. (Law 8069/90 Art. 82 and 250).

Hotel Villa Rela Mogi is not responsible for minors left alone and unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians on the hotel's premises.

The Hotel reserves the right to admit visits to the apartments or not. These must be requested from Reception.

Apartments are cleaned from 8 am to 2 pm, only once a day. In case of request for extra cleaning, a fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged for the service.

Guests are asked to turn off electrical appliances and lock the apartment's doors and windows when leaving their rooms, handing in the keys at reception.

It is expressly prohibited the entry and permanence of animals of any species on the premises of the Hotel.

There are no smoking rooms and smoking is not allowed on the Hotel's premises, according to article 49 of Federal Law 12.546/11.

It is not allowed, at any time, the use of sound devices or instruments that disturb, as well as loud conversations, shouts or words that threaten the tranquility or cause embarrassment to other guests.

To provide our Guests with a great stay, we recommend maximum silence from 10pm to 8am.

The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment without a written statement made at the time of “check-in”.

The Hotel will keep the objects found on its premises for a period of 90 (ninety) days and will send them, only at the request of their owners, the shipping costs being borne by them. After this period, the Hotel can give them the destination that best suits you.

The Hotel offers free parking with a limited number of spaces, and is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to vehicles or objects left inside. There is also no valet service, and the guest is responsible for parking their vehicle.

All damages, breakdowns and thefts caused by guests and their companions or visitors to equipment and movable property, real estate and utensils of the Hotel will be charged at the time of "check-out" (account closing). The amount to be paid will be equal to the value of the product listed in the invoice at the time of purchase, adjusted according to the variations of the IGP-M.

Any complaints or suggestions must be forwarded personally to management or in writing at reception.

The solution of cases not covered by these Regulations will be the responsibility of the Hotel Management.
