Rates and Pricing
The rates indicated in brochures and/or advertisements are valid for the periods specified and may vary due to high season, special packages, or events, without prior notice.
Smoking Policy
There are no smoking rooms, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the hotel premises, in accordance with Article 49 of Federal Law 12.546/11.
Room Amenities
Each room is equipped with:
1 double bed or 2 single beds (box spring);
Individual air conditioning;
32” LED TV;
Minibar;
Private bathroom.
Complimentary Services
Wireless internet throughout the hotel;
Free parking (subject to availability, as spaces are limited);
Breakfast served in the restaurant at the following times:
Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
After these times, the hotel is not obligated to serve breakfast.
The hotel does not serve lunch, snacks, or dinner.
Children’s Policy
Children up to 4 years old stay free of charge when accommodated in the same room as their parents or legal guardian.
Reservation Conditions
Reservations and confirmations must be made directly via WhatsApp (+55 19 3831-3307), email (hotelvillarealmogi@gmail.com), or through the hotel's website. Reservations are only valid after you receive a confirmation response from the hotel.
Please be cautious when making deposits over weekends and holidays. A copy of the deposit receipt must be sent to hotelvillarealmogi@gmail.com.
Important Notice
Room availability may change between the time of inquiry and the confirmation of payment due to "no-show" policies.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date, the reservation will be considered a "no-show", and the corresponding amount will be charged.
Check-In Policy
Guests must complete the National Guest Registration Form, as required by the Public Security Department and the Ministry of Tourism.
A valid email address must be provided for the electronic invoice.
Upon check-in, a copy of a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) will be required for all guests staying at the hotel.
Daily rates start at 12:00 PM (noon) and end at 12:00 PM (noon) the following day.
All charges must be settled at the time of presentation.
Check-Out Policy
Late check-out (extended departure time) is subject to availability on the day of check-out and must be verified with the hotel reception the day before departure. If granted, an additional 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
If the guest does not vacate the room by check-out time and is not present at the hotel, the management reserves the right to remove the guest's belongings and relocate them to another area under the supervision of the manager or a responsible staff member.
The electronic invoice will be sent via email, requiring guests to provide a valid email address.
General Policies
The Hotel Villa Real Mogi does not tolerate sexual tourism or the exploitation of children and adolescents. Violators will be prosecuted under the law.
According to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/90, Articles 82 and 250), minors under 18 years old can only stay at the hotel if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with written, notarized authorization. A valid ID (RG or birth certificate) must be presented at check-in.
The hotel does not take responsibility for minors left unattended by parents or guardians.
Visitors must request permission from the Reception to enter guest rooms.
Housekeeping is available from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (once per day). An additional cleaning service can be requested for R$30.00 per service.
Guests are requested to turn off electrical appliances and lock doors and windows when leaving their rooms. Keys must be returned to the reception.
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, in accordance with Article 49 of Federal Law 12.546/11.
The use of sound equipment, loud conversations, shouting, or offensive language that may disturb other guests is not permitted at any time.
Guests are encouraged to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM for a pleasant stay for all.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms without prior written declaration during check-in.
Lost and found items will be kept for 90 days. If requested by the owner, shipping costs will be at their expense. After this period, the hotel may dispose of the items as deemed appropriate.
Free parking is available, but with a limited number of spaces. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles or belongings left inside them. Valet parking is not available, and guests must park their own vehicles.
Any damage, breakage, or theft caused by guests, their companions, or visitors to hotel property will be charged at check-out. The amount due will be based on the original purchase price, adjusted according to the IGP-M inflation index.
Complaints or suggestions can be addressed to the management in person or in writing at the reception.
Any issues not covered in these regulations will be resolved at the discretion of the Hotel Management.
